The Sunderbans boasts a mix of dense mangrove forests and fabulous wildlife. The unique biodiversity of this delta was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1987 and was honoured as a Biosphere Reserve in 1989. This delta at the meeting point of the great rivers, Ganges and Brahmaputra, is home to the largest number of Royal Bengal Tiger yet half the islands are inhabited with the local people making a living from agriculture, fishing and honey collection.
This cruise takes you through the meandering rivers and creeks of Sunderbans, giving you the chance to be at one with nature while enjoying the luxuries provided by the vessel. The international standard facilities and the complete onboard service that the cruiser offers are of a high standard. The chefs onboard take care of your appetite and there is a gym to burn off any excess calories. Alternatively, you can visit the art gallery or enjoy the onboard entertainment.
