On the tour you will see remains of Neolithic, Middle Bronze Age, Amorite, Egyptian, Hyksos, Phoenician, Greek, Roman, Byzantine, Arab and Crusader origins. Byblos, which gave its name to the Bible, provides more than archeological interest as it retains much of its ancient charm.
