Rhinos & Tigers Safari (4 days)4 days duration
On arrival at Jorhat Airport you will be met and driven to your lodge adjacent to the Kaziranga National Park. Later in the afternoon you undertake your first jungle safari into this unique national park. (LD)
Kaziranga National Park, in the heart of Assam is famous for its One-horned Rhinos. Tiger, Elephant and Leopard are found here as well as numerous other species not found in other parts of India. This park also has an impressive bird list, many unique to this part of India. Today you undertake morning and afternoon safaris in the park. (BLD)
Both morning and afternoon safaris into the national park are undertaken today as well. There is the possibility of some safaris being undertaken on Elephant back if so desired and subject to availability. (BLD)
After a final morning safari you will be transferred to Jorhat Airport for your onward flight. Here your wildlife safari comes to an end. (BL)
