On arrival in Delhi you will be met and transferred to your hotel for tonight.
This morning you are driven to the railway station, where you will board the Shatabdi Express to Amritsar. On arrival you are met and taken to your hotel for a two-night stay. Your afternoon is at leisure. (B)
Amritsar has been built around the Golden Temple and Amrit Sarovar Lake from which it derives its name. This morning you are taken on a city tour of Amritsar including The Golden Temple.
This afternoon you undertake a guided tour to the Wagah Border Crossing on the India-Pakistan border, famous for its ‘Changing of the Guards and Flag Lowering Ceremony’. (B)
This morning is at leisure before being transferred to the rail station to board the train to Delhi. On arrival late tonight you are taken to your hotel for the night. (B)
Your tour comes to an end this morning as you check out of your hotel. (B)
